Welcome to James Comstar LLC. By accessing or using our web design services and website (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Services Provided
    James Comstar LLC offers professional web design, development, and related digital services including, but not limited to:

Custom website design and development

Website maintenance and support

SEO and digital marketing consultation

Hosting and domain registration (if applicable)

  1. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.

Ensure that all submitted content is owned by the client or appropriately licensed.

Respond to design drafts and feedback requests within agreed timeframes.

Delays in providing materials or feedback may result in project timeline adjustments or additional fees.

  1. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 50%] is required before the project commences.

Remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final website launch or file handover.

Late payments may incur interest charges of [e.g., 1.5% per month] or a flat late fee.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or removal of the website from servers (if hosted by James Comstar LLC).

  1. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content provided by James Comstar LLC.

James Comstar LLC retains the right to display the project in portfolios, marketing materials, and on its website.

Any third-party assets (e.g., fonts, stock images) used may be subject to separate licensing terms.

  1. Revisions & Scope

Additional revisions or requests outside of the original project scope may incur extra charges.

Major scope changes may require a new proposal or agreement.

  1. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

James Comstar LLC is not liable for:

Losses or damages arising from website downtime, security breaches, or misuse of the site by third parties.

Content errors provided by the client.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  1. Warranty & Support

Websites are tested for functionality and responsiveness upon delivery.

James Comstar LLC offers [e.g., 30 days] of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor issues.

Ongoing support or maintenance must be covered under a separate agreement.

  1. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties, except as required to deliver services or by law.

  1. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of new york, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  1. Amendments

James Comstar LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
