1. Initial Consultation
- The initial consultation is free of charge. No refund applies here.
2. Project Deposits
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project.
- This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers project planning, initial design concepts, and resource allocation.
3. Milestone Payments
- For larger projects with defined milestones, partial payments may be requested.
- Refunds for milestone payments will be considered only if no work has been delivered for that milestone.
4. Final Payment
- The final payment is due upon project completion and before the website is launched or transferred.
- No refunds are available after the final version has been approved and delivered.
5. Cancellation Policy
- If you choose to cancel the project before work begins, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
- If you cancel after work has begun, only unused hours or incomplete milestones may be eligible for partial refund, minus the deposit.
6. Non-Refundable Services
- Services including (but not limited to) domain registration, third-party plugins, or stock assets are non-refundable, as they are purchased on your behalf.
7. Client Inaction
- If a project is delayed for more than 30 days due to lack of client response or required materials, it may be paused or terminated. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us directly within 7 days of project delivery. We’ll work with you in good faith to resolve any concerns.
